Return & Exchange Policy

For all of our non-personalised goods, we follow the distance selling laws, which means that you as the customer have the right to return our goods in original resealable condition within 30 days of purchase.

For our personalised goods, on sale of purchase, we will print what you have stated with your order on our product and once printed and shipped we cannot offer a return refund unless we at Sarke Printing have made a mistake with the order. On the other hand, if you made a mistake with your order and contacted us in a reasonable amount of time, then we will be more than happy to change your order and update your preferences. Just double check your
